Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States only.

Processing time
Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days after you place them.

Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 7 to 12 days of ordering. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can take longer because of carrier delays, customs processing or events outside our control.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order.

Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. Once your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Wrong address
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at revolabhelp@gmail.com. We cannot change the address once the parcel has shipped.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your parcel has not arrived after 20 days, or it arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at revolabhelp@gmail.com with your order number and we will make it right.
