Refund policy

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return
Email us at revolabhelp@gmail.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will email you the return address and instructions on how to send your package back. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us, because items sent without an accepted return request may not be refunded.

Return shipping
Unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, the customer pays the cost of return shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately at revolabhelp@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right, and in these cases we cover the return shipping.

Non-returnable items
Gift cards cannot be returned. Items damaged by the customer after delivery cannot be returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without a justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at revolabhelp@gmail.com.
